For all away meets, including dual meets, district championships, and state championships, the following travel policy applies:

• Individual Responsibility: All coaches, swimmers, parents, and volunteers are responsible for securing their own travel arrangements, including transportation and lodging.

• Team Coordination: The team will provide information regarding the location and schedule of away meets. However, the team does not organize or provide transportation or lodging.

• Safety: While traveling to and from meets, all team members are expected to adhere to all applicable traffic laws and safety guidelines.

• Communication: If you are a swimmer and will be traveling with someone other than your parent or guardian, please provide the coaching staff with the name and contact information of the adult responsible for you during travel and at the meet.
